It will be up to you to lose the weight, but it will be much easier if you have a good support system or someone to go through your weight-loss journey with you. The encouragement that your support partners provide will help to lift you up and push you farther than you could possibly go on your own. Make sure to use your support network when necessary. Your friends and family share the desire to see you succeed, so if you hit a bump in the road, ask one of them for the advice, assistance or encouragement you need to overcome the obstacle and get back on the road to achieving your goal.
