When you have people backing you up it will help you stay motivated on your weight loss journey. Look to friends and family for support and encouragement. When you feel ready to give up on your workouts, your friends can talk you into sticking with them. Your friends can be great motivators when you feel like being a couch potato and not working towards your goals. That’s what friends are for.
