Writing down what you consume can sometimes stop you from making poor diet decisions.


You are more likely to make bad choices when you are already hungry. You are not thinking about what is good for you and your diet. Therefore, you should have healthy items with you at all times and schedule your meals ahead of time. Take lunch with you so that you don’t have to eat fast food instead. Making this change will reduce the calories you take in and also your food costs.

Be sure to have a good circle of supportive friends to call on when you are down and discouraged. They can help you while you are on your way to success.
