Being able to balance healthy eating and exercise is the key to permanent weight loss. It is important that you exercise three times a week or more. If you think this will be difficult to stick to, then choose activities you will have fun doing. Ask your friends to schedule a weekly walk or two with you. Consider taking a hike if you love being outside. Try going to a dance class to learn new ways to work out.

Even when you are at the end of your rope, your friends can cheer you on and help you stay on track. Asking your friends for help can help you achieve your weight loss goals.
