The support of friends and family goes a long way towards helping you stick with the plan. If you need some encouragement and inspiration you can always ask your friends. When you feel ready to give up on your workouts, your friends can talk you into sticking with them. Your friends can help you stay motivated when you do not feel like doing your routine. They know you’d do the same for them if the situation was reversed.
