If you can bring your own lunch, do it. By doing this you will end up saving money and eating a healthier overall diet.

If you are having trouble exercising, try breaking it into smaller blocks or incorporate your exercise into the things you enjoy doing. If unhealthy snacks are not around when you want them, you can avoid them altogether. Replace the junk food with healthy snacks. Remember, if you do not have the choice to eat unhealthy foods then you cannot eat them.


A great support network can go a long way in helping you to stay focused on your weight loss plan. Look to your friends for encouragement, inspiration and moral support. If you feel like giving up, your friends will be there to offer support. Turn to your friends for moral support when you want to open that bag of potato chips! Surely, you would be willing to help them stay motivated, too!
