Although they can’t lose the weight for you, they can be invaluable in providing much-needed motivation to keep you going forward. Having someone to report to makes it more likely you stay committed to your goals when they seem too hard to reach. When you feel like you are not motivated, call a buddy for support. A good friend will be able to give you the psychological support you need to stick to your weight loss plan.
