The two main parts of weight loss are eating healthy foods and getting enough exercise. Some people find that sticking to an effective workout program is a lot harder than sticking to a healthy diet. Find ways to make exercising less of a chore, perhaps by working out with a partner or finding an activity you enjoy. If you can, do them both. Take a walk with a friend or take an exercise class with them.
