Remember, you will not be able to eat food which isn’t present, so keeping your kitchen cupboards stocked with only healthy foods can help you to keep your body fit and lean. If you make it difficult to get your hands on the high calorie junk food, it will be far less appealing and you will not eat as much of it.


Have your friends help you meet your weight targets. It is important to have someone that motivates you to lose weight. If you reach out to your support system at this time, they can help you make it through.
