Bring a friend when you workout. Holding yourself accountable for your workout can be difficult, just as it is easy to find reasons not to workout. When you have a friend in the exercise mix, you’ll tend to be more motivated to persevere through tiredness and frustration. A friend can provide motivational support, suggestions or tips to help you lose weight.
