By choosing activities that you enjoy or getting a workout buddy, you can make it easier to stick to your workout plan. Mix socializing with exercise! Find a friend to take for a walk or to join you in your exercise class.


Make your junk food less accessible so that you won’t eat it as much. If you can’t see it then you won’t crave it so often, so tuck it out of sight, or, better yet, leave it in the grocery store where it belongs! Having healthy food around you will make it easier for you to eat it.


Be certain to tell your friends and family about your plans to lose weight. They can support you when you need inspiration in reaching your weight loss goals. When you get together with friends you will feel more motivated.
